Sunday, July 26th kicks off the first installment of our guest chef pop-up Sunday brunch series. Below is a sneak peek at chef Sieger Bayer’s menu for this Sunday. For you hard working service industry folks who have to work this Sunday, don’t worry, Sieger will be stepping in for Biscuit Man on Monday, July 28th for a special guest appearance.

Avocado Toast

Brisket Benedict

Dill pickle, poached egg, bearnaise, english muffin

Pork Belly Lyonnaise

Frisee, crispy potatoes, poached egg, blueberry conserva

2 eggs, bacon, fingerlings, toast

Cinnamon Roll 

Klug Peaches, creme anglaise, “Meads Family” granola, mint
