Starting this Monday we will be teaming up with our special guy, The Biscuit Man, to launch our Service Industry Brunch: a weekly celebration of all of you fine people in the service community who work hard all week long to help make this city a truly delicious and delightfully boozy place to live. Every Monday from 11-3, in addition to his daily favorites like biscuits and gravy, B.L.T. Biscuit and the ham egg and cheddar biscuit, the Biscuit Man will offer delicious brunch specials to support your well deserved day drinking. This Monday, watch out for Croque Madame with bacon bechamel, Dulce de Leche French Toast, Chipotle Chorizo Chilaquiles, and nap-inducing sides like cheddar-bacon grits and crispy potatoes with rosemary, ancho and garlic oil.Oh, and back to the day drinking..we will always offer $4 craft draft specials and $5 bloody marys and mimosas. And, you know what goes great with eggs and booze? Old soul and rhythm and blues, so we will be making that happen for you as well. Although all are welcome to enjoy,we want this to be a weekly shoulder rub for all of you who help make this business so great.
