    Developed by Chef Zeeshan Shah, Biscuit Man offers house made biscuits, biscuit sandwiches, salads and rice bowls for breakfast and lunch services. Shah’s fresh handmade sandwiches use locally sourced farm eggs, meats, cheeses, pickles and house made sauces. By day, patrons can savor Biscuit Man’s breakfast sandwiches, including egg and cheddar and smoked ham and gruyere, among others, with salads and rice bowls available through the night.

    Biscuit Man’s dinner menu expands beyond biscuits to include burgers, sandwiches, and thoughtful vegetarian options including a daily grain bowl. An ever-rotating menu of additional daily specials will highlight seasonal ingredients. 

    A Happy Hour menu is available on Mondays – Fridays from 3pm – 6pm, which includes snacks such as roasted nuts, olives, popcorn and spicy chips, as well as meat and cheese plates.
