Do Good Sunday: Brunch For A Cause is a monthly charitable event held on the first Sunday of the month. In an ongoing effort to maintain our commitment to community activism, we pick a local, national or international organization to support each month and donate 25% of bar sales during brunch, from 11am-3pm.
Since the launch of the Do Good Sunday program, we have raised money for the following organizations:
ACLU; International Refugee Assistance Project; Project Fierce; Growing Power; Awakenings Foundation; One Tail At A Time; Girls Rock! Chicago; Houston Food Bank; Lyte Collective; North Side Housing And Supportive Services; Cornerstone Community Outreach; Blum Fund on behalf of Paws With A Cause; Lurie Children’s Hospital Music Therapy Program; and Arts of Life
We also held our first annual evening fundraiser for Ravenswood non-profit Thresholds in June 2017 to promote mental health awareness and suicide prevention. We donated 50% of our bar sales which amounted to a donation just over $2100.
