You’ve survived the vortex and have been rewarded with Chicago Cider Week! This Monday at 7PM, we will be tapping from one of our favorites in the Northwest, 2 Towns Ciderhouse. Pouring from their Limited Cellar Series will be Pinot Rose, a cider fermented on Pinot Noir grape skins at a local Northwest winery. Also tapped will be the barrel aged cider Boysenbarrel, and one of our old favorites, Rhubarbarian. 2 Towns rep, Aja, will be around handing out swag and for every cider purchased, you will be entered into a raffle to win a ticket to the In-Ciders event at Sleeping Village the next night.
