It’s time to pay tribute to one of the best and most unique beers in the world, Orval! This authentic Trappist ale is fermented with the pleasant Brettanomyces ale that can often give beers a dry, tartness to it that stands out from the rest. This yeast allows this fantastic beer to change over periods of time, so to celebrate, we’re breaking out some bottles from 2015 to compare to some of the younger specimens. Come join us this Saturday at Noon for some fantastic beer, new and old.
