The Biscuit Man (Chef Zeeshan Shah) will be featuring Radical Larder’s jams, chutneys and a special on Fridays & Saturdays all month and coming together as one on this the first Sunday of February for a very special Radical Biscuit menu.
Sunday’s menu will feature some collaborative specials such as Huevos Rancheros with homemade adobo sauce and a Savory Grains bowl with quinoa & farro.
Chef Meagan Lombaer, currently of Longman & Eagle also works on her own recipes as part of the Radical Larder. If you somehow manage to miss it at Sidecar with the Biscuit Man this month, you will be able to find Radical Larder products at this year’s upcoming Logan Square Farmer’s Market
