This week our Guest Chef Pop-Up Brunch features the stylings of Joshua Dugué. Swing on by from 11am-3pm this Sunday and dig into his array of sliders or warm up to a bowl of chili.
In Josh’s own words: “To call me chef might be a mistake; I’m a coffee professional. I’ve done just about everything in coffee. That’s not to say I’m done but my interests have broadened. Over the course of 21 years in the coffee world I’ve had a chance to learn just enough about food to annoy friends and family and sometimes delight dinner guests. My life has always revolved around food and sharing ideas through food. My mother taught me. This Sunday I want to share some ideas with you between bread slices. Also I will make chili because it’s cold outside.”
Here’s some examples of what you can expect:
- Steak and egg
- Kimchee braised fried chicken
- Braised oxtail
- Brisket and butternut squash chili
