Stephen is Chef of Volo Restaurant and The Paramount Room. Stephen currently resides in Roscoe Village with his family Julia, Calliope, and Rob The Dog.

Croque Madam 
-sliced maple cured pork loin, béchamel dressed brioche, fried egg

Paprika Chicken & Eggs
-pulled smoked paprika chicken, poached eggs & salsa verde

Pot Roast
-braised lamb shoulder, rutabaga & collard greens
