Sunday, August 30th, our latest installation of the Guest Chef Pop-Up Brunch Series brings us Michael Faltum. Michael will soon be opening a specialty food store called Peasant’s Pantry scheduled to open in 2016. Peasant’s Pantry will be a specialty food store and cafe that strives to connect a Chicago Michael grew up in. Connecting Grandma’s Sunday suppers to Chicago’s modern cuisine.
