This sunday from 11am-3pm we are featuring a new addition to our Guest Chef Pop-Up Brunch Series with Chef Jordan Ross.
Jordan Ross has been a butcher, meat purveyor and a chef in the Chicagoland area for the last decade. His resume includes Allen Brothers Meats, Whole Foods, & Publican Quality Meats. Skills honed at Ashburton Cookery School in the South West coast of England led him back home to Chicago, then Boltwood in Evanston and most recently Temple Organic farms in Northern Illinois.
