This Sunday evening we have a very special event featuring the creations of Chefs Sieger Bayer and Michael Spiewak from 6pm to late night.
Sieger Bayer and Michael Spiewak (Chefs at The Heritage Forest Park) would like to invite everyone to join them at The Long Room for a night of great drinks and tapas(ish) food. We are putting this on for all the great women and men who serve, cook, clean, and slave away at every restaurant in or around this great city, but anyone who enjoys great food and drink should come too.
We have put a little menu together to help the beverages go down even smoother. These items are served in the style of tapas (many smaller menu items ordered to make a complete meal). Some have Spanish influence and some are just things we love to eat.
grilled pork ribs- ta-hiki sauce, peanuts, za’tar spice $4
scallop- n’duja, salsa verde, meyer lemon $5
foie de poulet – pickled cherries, black pepper $3
olive salad – pomogrante, walnuts, herbs $3
crab clawz- cauliflower, spicy butter, fried shallot $5
lamb chop – carrot, mint, pistachio $5
