9/6 Guest Chef Pop-Brunch Series Featuring Chef Lindsey Dugué


This Sunday, the latest installment of our Guest Chef Pop-Up Series features The French Pastry School’s own Lindsey Dugué.

Lindsey Dugué is an Admissions Counselor of The French Pastry School at Kennedy-King College of City Colleges of Chicago. Lindsey comes with an array of culinary achievements, including: Amy’s Candy Bar where she made caramels and nougat from scratch; De La Rue Patisserie where she made hundreds of croissants; Loretta’s Bake Shop and Café where she prepared bakery items for sale; and Sensational Bites: A Dessert Café where she made large-scale batches of product for the small bakery.

In addition to her duties at The French Pastry School, Lindsey volunteers for organizations like Pastry Chicago and For the Love of Chocolate Scholarship Foundation.
