Our good friend Brett Coolidge from Andersonville’s Hopleaf is coming to Sidecar this Sunday to be our latest installment to the Guest Chef Pop-Up Series.
Growing up in the Midwest Brett came to appreciate the abundance of local, seasonal produce. This translated to his current position of Chef de Cuisine at the Andersonville institution, Hopleaf. A restaurant with some Belgian influences but a focus on seasonality and elevating what bar food can be.
