Sauce and Bread Kitchen (SBK) is a bricks and mortar amalgam of two Chi-Town food forces, Mike Bancroft (Co-op Sauce) and bread baker/pastry maker extraordinaire Anne Kostroski (Crumb Chicago). Like Voltron they joined for greater awesomeness and simply named themselves after what they do best (Sauce and Bread Kitchen). You may also recognize them from such food jams as (Munchy Bar, Stew Supper Club, and now defunct Bun Pow Buns.
